In 2020 Paula returned to her first true love, real estate sales!

For the past 30 years Paula worked as a Top Producing Agent and as a Managing Broker. 15 years in the trenches listing and selling real estate full time before transitioning to a leadership position, hiring, and training agents as their managing broker.

Along with James Nunemacher and Frank Nolan, from 2011 to 2018 Gold-Nocella successfully led the expansion of Vanguard Properties tripling its footprint and sales volume.

Throughout her career Paula Gold-Nocella has been involved in the development, structuring, selling of Tenants in Common (TIC) properties, Fractional Ownership Properties Globally and has a passion for Resort and Community Development. Creating “Intentional Communities” has been a life-long passion for her.

Paula is highly respected and well known in the real estate community, recognized for her philanthropic involvement with local charities, community development and has been a strong advocate in the industry.

In 2022, two years after returning to sales, Paula was recognized by Real Trends, an industry aggregator, as “The Best in America” ranking top 1% of Realtors Nationwide and Vanguard Properties “Top 21 Club”.
